Honest Tech is committed to transparency and keeping our clients informed. This update covers upcoming adjustments to our Managed Services pricing, clarifies our approach to current market conditions (including tariffs), and touches on future service offerings and company growth.
Managed Services Rate Update - Effective June 1, 2025 | Expires Jan 1 2026
Effective June 1, 2025, the introductory pricing period for our Managed Services will conclude. Rates will be adjusted to our standard structure:
Standard Managed Services: $35 per endpoint / $65 per server (per month)
Advanced Managed Services: $65 per endpoint / $120 per server (per month)
We believe these rates reflect the comprehensive support and value provided.
Notably, the Advanced Managed Services plan includes complimentary remote support and one hour of onsite support per endpoint each month.
Cloud Storage Pricing Remains Stable
Good news for our cloud users: the Cloud Storage usage fee will remain unchanged at $0.08 per GB.
Upcoming Service Options
Following the rate alignment, we're excited to announce that we will soon begin offering options for termed service contracts and service prepayment. Stay tuned for more details on how these can provide additional value and predictability for your IT budget.
Navigating Market Conditions and Tariffs
We serve a diverse client base, from fishing vessels to manufacturers and retailers, many of whom may be affected by potential trade tariffs. While these external factors can create uncertainty, Honest Tech's core business remains focused on services and solutions. Revenue from hardware resale is a minor part of our operations compared to Managed Services and technical support requests (like assisting national providers locally or providing Microsoft 365 training).
However, the potential impact on marine and consumer electronics pricing is significant. Due to market volatility, we cannot provide long-term estimates for hardware costs. Our policy regarding equipment sales is pricing at the time of purchase. We will not advertise specific hardware prices until the supply chain and economic conditions stabilize.
