 FAQs

  • Our Network Design and Installation service encompasses end-to-end planning, equipment selection, rack‐and‐stack hardware installation, structured cabling, device configuration, wireless access point placement, network segmentation, and thorough testing. From initial site survey through final acceptance testing, we ensure every switch, router, firewall and cable run is optimized for your environment and business objectives.

  • Whether you need a small office LAN, a multi‐site WAN, a hybrid cloud‐connected campus network or a high‐performance wireless mesh, we tailor each design to your requirements. We work with copper and fiber infrastructures, PoE deployments for IP phones and cameras, redundant core architectures, VPNs for remote sites, and secure guest networks to meet the needs of SMBs, maritime facilities, retail locations and beyond.

  • Performance is built in from the ground up with capacity planning, quality‐of‐service (QoS) settings for critical traffic, redundant uplinks and power supplies, and proactive monitoring tools. Every link is tested for throughput and latency, failover mechanisms are configured, and firmware is hardened to prevent unexpected outages. Post-installation validation confirms that throughput, packet loss and response times meet or exceed your service-level expectations.

  • Project timelines vary based on site complexity, cabling scope and equipment availability. A single‐site office with pre-existing cabling can often be designed, deployed and validated in one to two weeks. Larger or multi-building projects—including new cable runs, rack builds and wireless surveys—typically span three to six weeks. You’ll receive a detailed project schedule during the design phase so you know exactly when each milestone will be completed.

  • Scalability is a core principle of our designs. We allocate spare switch ports, reserve fiber backbone capacity, and design modular rack layouts to accommodate additional devices. IP addressing schemes and VLAN architectures are documented for easy expansion, and cabling ducts are sized to accept new runs without disruption. This future-proofing approach ensures you can add users, services or sites without a full network redesign.

  • First, we conduct a discovery session to gather requirements—user counts, application types, security needs and physical site details. Next, we perform a site survey to map cabling pathways and wireless coverage. Based on these inputs, we deliver a network design proposal that includes topology diagrams, equipment lists and cost estimates. Upon your approval, we schedule installation, configure devices in a controlled staging environment, and then deploy on-site with minimal downtime. A final validation report confirms that the network meets all performance and reliability targets.
