Repairs begin with a detailed bench inspection and diagnostic check to isolate faulty circuitry, wiring or software issues. Once the root cause is identified, defective parts are replaced or reworked, firmware and software are updated, and the system undergoes simulated load testing and final calibration before being returned.

Standard bench repairs are typically completed within three to five business days, though turnaround depends on parts availability and fault complexity. You’ll receive an estimated completion time when you submit your unit for service.

All components are sourced from original equipment manufacturers or approved equivalents that meet or exceed the original specifications. Using genuine or manufacturer-approved parts ensures optimal compatibility, performance and longevity.

Every repair includes a 90-day limited warranty covering both parts and labor under normal operating conditions. Full warranty details are provided with your service order and apply to any issues directly related to the performed repair.

To request service, securely package your device along with a completed repair request form and include its serial number or model information.
